6 to 12 months, scoped to the engagement

A 6 to 12 month engagement for companies building the function from scratch, integrating a longer post-acquisition window, or requiring sustained operating leadership before a permanent hire can be brought on. The engagement closes on the new hire's start date, plus two weeks of overlap.
